Notice of Rule Development Workshops
The Florida Legislature approved a new proposal to reorganize the Agency for Persons with Disabilities (APD) Medicaid waiver waiting list. The new proposal goes into effect on July 1, 2010. The agency has been tasked with holding rule workshops on this initiative around the state. Feedback received will be shared with lawmakers during the spring session.Books
